Looking for a traditional pub experience with great food and drinks? The Lower Bell Inn offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can relax with family and friends. Whether you’re stopping by for a refreshing drink, a delicious Sunday lunch, or one of our freshly made pizzas, we have something for everyone.

We take pride in offering high-quality, freshly prepared food using the best ingredients. Our restaurant menu is available every Sunday from 12 PM to 4:30pm, serving a delicious selection of traditional Sunday roasts and classic British dishes. Please contact for outdoor seating if internal capacity is reached.

From Monday to Saturday, we offer an exclusive pizza menu, featuring a variety of freshly made, stone-baked pizzas – perfect for a casual meal with friends or a quick bite at the bar.
Our fully stocked bar serves a great selection of local ales, premium lagers, wines, and spirits, so there’s always the perfect drink to complement your meal.

APPERTISERS

TERIYAKI CHICKEN SKEWERS - £6
Tender marinated chicken, glazed in a sweet and sticky teriyaki sauce.
PANKO COATED CALAMARI - £6
Lightly coated squid rings coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. Served with a wedge of lemon and aloe dip.
PRAWN COCKTAIL - £6
A timeless favourite, succulent prawns served on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, drizzled in marie rose sauce and served with a wedge of lemon.
COATED GARLIC MUSHROOMS - £6
Button mushrooms lightly coated and infused with garlic and herbs. Served with a side of creamy garlic mayonnaise dip.

All served with Roasted Potatoes, Tenderstem Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Parsnips, Yorkshire Pudding and finished with our Homemade Gravy.

WHOLETAIL SCAMPI - £16
Plump scampi, coated and fried to perfection. Served with a side of fries, tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon.
MEDITERRANEAN TART (V) - £15
Flaky pastry filled with a mix of sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, zucchini, eggplant and onions. Served warm with your choice of roasted vegetables, or baby-leaf salad.
